The Trio Robot Programming System or Trio RPS, brings robotics automation to everyone, with a great user experience and incredible fast setup.
The Trio RPS is a sophisticated package of tools and software that can be adapted to different robot manufacturer’s requirements, adding high value to your production line thanks to the combination of advanced motion control and industrial robotics.

Trio BASIC-R

TrioBASIC-R is an extension of Motion-ix (TrioBASIC), specially designed for the control of industrial robots, with the main focus on an improved programming experience.

Thanks to its intuitive set of instructions and flexible coordination with Motion-IX, creating robot programs has never been easier.

TPS

From experienced robot programmers to novices, the Teach Programming System (TPS) gives a great program environment to accomplish complex tasks in no time.

TPS allows programming and operation of the robot in a managed and safe environment, as well as to debug and check the status of the production line.

TPS can be used along with Trio's hardware Teach Pendant (P955) or virtual pendant as part of the offline programming environment.

Visualization tool

3D Visualization tool enables you to upload a 3D CAD model and animate your robot, visualizing all the programmed movements.

Binding 3D objects with real axes provides an accurate real time representation of robot programs for high performance systems.

Robotics Toolbox

Robotics Toolbox is a collection of tools that comes with Motion Perfect v5, enabling users to:

Setup a robot from a simple data sheet via a step-by-step process, avoiding coding errors and simplifying the process.
Accurately jog the robot in multiple coordinate systems with real time data.
Teach and test target points as well as calibration tools and object frames.
The Robot Tool can help programmers code robot programs showing targets and frames in a simple way from a single tool.

TPS Package options

Highlights

The pendant is based around Trio’s UNIPLAY HMI and can be used as a “real” or “virtual” on-screen pendant. The system includes extensive software and preconfigured motion control functions, which permit the controlling of all standard types of robot with reduced development time.

The system allows the user to:

Jog your robot safely in different modes
Insert tools and calibrate them
Insert robot frames and object frames
Create and edit robot programs
Debug robot programs adding break points and running it step by step
Run the robot program in a repeat cycle

Virtual Pendant (included)

The virtual Pendant is included in Motion Perfect v5 and allows all the functionality of the P955 hardware pendant.

Hardware Pendant (option)

The P955 Hardware Pendant is an optional seperate purchase and requires the RPS software to run. The P955 includes all the safety systems needed to control a "real" robot.
