Trio Motion Technology is a specialised source of high performance motion control technology.
We manufacture flexible and economical solutions for motion control applications, enabling control of complex high speed automation and machine control in most industries throughout the world.
We manufacture motion controllers branded “Motion Coordinators” and have a comprehensive range that allows seamless control of 1 to 64 axes of servo motors, stepper motors, piezo motors or hydraulic systems. Our flexible, modular controller range uses a common user interface and standard programming language.
We design customised solutions for OEM’s, manufacture motion control options for globally available drives and license designs and technology to a number of automation companies. Our products are available locally via our global network of distributors and drive specialists. Each offers local training and technical support.
“Trio’s MC206X motion controller has been a standard controls component in Filamatic machines for the past five years,” says Jack Chopper. “It’s capable of controlling five axes of motion, and with many machines we build, that will continue to suffice. But in some of our more complex machines where more axes of motion are involved, we’ll be switching to the MC464.”... click here....
Trio are pleased to announce the shipment of the first production P872 16 axis SERCOS modules to customers. These SERCOS II masters follow on from the successful MC224 SERCOS daughter board. However, the extended features of the MC464 expansion bus means that the SERCOS experience is taken to another level and gives the ability to control up to 64 axes using multiple SERCOS modules. click here....
